HOUSING
HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
BEHIV's housing assistance program is designed to help people with HIV and AIDS maintain their housing and their independence.

This includes:

technical assistance in budget planning, apartment searching, and     applying for federal programs

advocacy in dealing with landlord/tenant conflicts

emergency and ongoing rental and utility subsidies for HIV+ people     who meet low-income eligibility criteria

In all cases of working with property owners and managers, a client's HIV status is kept strictly confidential.
